    For the education industry, Chat GPT is predicted to change the way of teaching and learning. Adapting to Chat GPT will be a challenge for teaching, but it can also be an opportunity for universities to improve the education and teaching of political theory subjects. The article analyzes and clarifies the basic content of transforming political theory education methods under the impact of ChatGPT in Vietnam today. The results show that political theory education plays an important role in ideological orientation and personality formation for future generations in the context of innovation and development. With the development of technology, ChatGPT can be considered as an educational virtual assistant by helping learners quickly look up lessons and learning materials related to the topic of learning political theory subjects. In addition, the article has also pointed out and analyzed issues that need specific concern about changing teaching methods of political theory subjects before the impact of ChatGPT, related to: on the part of lecturers; change the way it is tested and evaluated; towards students. The limitation of this study is that it has not shown and analyzed solutions to improve the transformation of educational methods of political theory subjects before the impact of ChatGPT in Vietnam today.Para a indústria da educação, prevê-se que o Chat GPT mude a forma de ensinar e aprender. Adaptar-se ao Chat GPT será um desafio para o ensino, mas também pode ser uma oportunidade para as universidades melhorarem o ensino e o ensino das disciplinas de teoria política. O artigo analisa e esclarece o conteúdo básico da transformação dos métodos de educação em teoria política sob o impacto do ChatGPT no Vietnã hoje. Os resultados mostram que a educação em teoria política desempenha um papel importante na orientação ideológica e na formação da personalidade das gerações futuras no contexto da inovação e do desenvolvimento. Com o desenvolvimento da tecnologia, o ChatGPT pode ser considerado um assistente virtual educacional, ajudando os alunos a procurar rapidamente lições e materiais didáticos relacionados ao tópico de aprendizagem de assuntos de teoria política.     Ly and Tran were the two longest dynasties in Vietnam's feudal history and flourished in all fields: military, economy, culture, art, architecture, and education. In addition to the work of defending the country of Dai Viet's army and people during the Ly and Tran dynasties, the educational ideology of this period, including educational methods, met and matched the characteristics and requirements of Dai Viet society at that time. It is also a notable highlight of the Ly and Tran dynasties. The article analyzes and clarifies the educational methods of the Ly - Tran dynasties in Vietnam, thereby providing comments and its significance for Vietnamese education today. Accordingly, the educational method of the Ly - Tran dynasties focused on two main methods: the "teacher reads - student copies" method, memorizing ancient histories and ancient texts, and the question and answer method, the method be a lesson for. Além do trabalho de defesa do país do exército e do povo do Dai Viet durante as dinastias Ly e Tran, a ideologia educacional desse período, incluindo os métodos educacionais, atendia e correspondia às características e exigências da sociedade do Dai Viet naquela época. É também um destaque notável das dinastias Ly e Tran. O artigo analisa e esclarece os métodos educacionais das dinastias Ly e Tran no Vietnã, fornecendo, assim, comentários e sua importância para a educação vietnamita atual.     A large number of achievements in all spheres of social life Vietnam has got in the past 35 years of renovation and integration come from many reasons, in which the most fundamental one relates to the companionship and support of the people. In the current period, the promotion of industrialization, modernization, innovation, and proactive integration into the regional and world economic life of Vietnam require the role of the people which is very signifícant and decisive to the success. During the turbulent historical period in Vietnam at the end of the XIV century and the beginning of the XV century, the thoughts on loving the people of Nguyen Trai (1380 - 1442) had been formed and grown by requirements of Vietnam’s historical, economic, political - socio conditions on the XIV-XV century based on inheriting, integrating and developing the ideological values of the three religions (Confucianism - Buddhism - Taoism) with the cultural traditions of the Vietnamese nation; the foundation of family tradition and the subjective factor is Nguyen Trai. His thoughts on loving the people is expressed comprehensively, having deep and diverse content. Studying Nguyen Trai’s thoughts on loving the people, we can draw some fundamental lessons to apply to Vietnam in the current context of innovation and integration. That is the first lesson to rely on the people in the process of innovation and integration. The second lesson is to promote the tradition of national unity, the awareness of national self-help, and self-reliance. The third one is to identify the subject role of the people in the process of implementing many large programs of the country.
